What we ask of partner carriers.
Our shippers move heavy, valuable and often customer-facing freight. Partner standards are firm, because a bad delivery costs our customer far more than the linehaul.
- Active operating authority and current insurance certificates
- Equipment appropriate to the lane — box, straight truck, liftgate as required
- Appointment and delivery window compliance
- Photo proof of delivery and signature capture on every stop
- Trained handling for heavy, oversized and residential deliveries
- Responsive communication during transit and on exceptions
